For the second weekend running events were spoilt by an incomplete field.  The South-East League Riders Championship format certainly needs looking at, with the averages  qualification system a complete waste of time. Not one club was able to
fill all the places available to them. And in the South-East Divison One Championship, of the 16 original qualifiers not one put in an appearance!
